Connected systems
Buffalo Mountain, Devil Anse, Rockhouse and Braveheart connect, so you can ride between them without loading the trailer. The Authority puts the connected group at over 300 miles. Follow the three-day Williamson ride plan.
Choosing a route
Rockhouse has green and blue riding as well as its better-known extreme trails. The published mix also includes black, red/black and single track. A group with different experience levels should plan around the least experienced rider. Dirt-bike riders can use the orange ratings to find the single-track options.
Vehicles and trail signs
Full-size ORVs such as Jeeps and trucks are not allowed on Rockhouse. UTVs are allowed on green and blue trails and on Most Difficult trails specifically signed for them. An extreme trail rating alone does not mean a UTV can use that trail.
